Hey guys:
I've been looking and I don't mean to sound bitchy but people have put a lot of requests and not have even bothered to thank me I mean I take my time to go make some requests when I could easily just do what I wanted and not even consider requests. There r some exceptions such as MikeRyan who not only thanks me but also sees the effort I put into them and he hasn't even requested. Sure I don't always have the time to thank him for thanking me but I'm always appreciative towards his comments. And not only that people keep submitting the same request over and over and it's bugging me because I clearly stated that I am going down a long list of first come first serve so if I havnt gotten to ur request I'm not ignoring u I simply havnt gotten to that one yet be patient please. Sorry if I sound bitchy and shit I was just getting a lil annoyed. And BIG thanks to Mike Ryan who is always so supportive :) <3

I'll be the first to admit that I don't comment on the manips I enjoy anywhere near as much as I should, to be honest, and I'm truly sorry for that, and I do understand just how frustrating it must be for you to get the same requests over and over again... But really, you're a fantastically gifted manip-maker, all of your work is truly excellent... and I really love the idea of having a Glee-specific blog to go to when I want to see some manips of the show's cast. That being said, I don't think that repeating requests are necessarily coming from the same person. I mean, it's hard to tell, with most people here being anonymous, but if... let's say there's a ton of requests for one particular actor, wouldn't that mean there's just simply a lot of (different) people who have an interest in seeing a manip of said actor? Just a thought :)
ReplyDeleteAt the end of the day, though, you do what you want. This is your blog, and you're the one investing time in it. Do what makes you happy. If it starts to feel like a chore, it's probably not good for you... I'll try to remember to comment more. I know feedback is just about the only reward you manip-makers get for your hard work... So yes, for all the times I didn't say it... thank you for sharing your work with us :)
Thnx :) and about the same request I understand it can b a popular choice but its pretty hard to miss the same person when they like write the same request always in caps and stuff like that. Things that make it obvious that its the same person that's what I meant
DeleteOh yes, I see what you mean :/ That can be annoying... I guess I only had the thought of the popular choice because when I did put in my one request, I just did so, I didn't read the comments to see what others were requesting at first, and it turned out after I checked that my request (Blake) wasn't as unique as I thought it would be :P
DeleteOnce again, I'm sorry some people seem to be taking the effort you put into this blog for granted... Know that I'd miss seeing your work if you decided to stop posting. :)
Like I said, I don't always comment, not nearly enough, and I guess I don't have a particularly good excuse for that (other than maybe the fact that I'm generally "enjoying" the pictures a little too much to care about commenting if you get what I'm saying ;) ) but I'll really try to comment more in the future... maybe do it non-anonymously too...

DeleteThat anon was me :) I went back and commented on everything :P Perhaps I've overdone it... it's not always 100% positive, and I wondered at first if I should say something or not... but considering you made your first fake in June, it's truly amazing to see how far you've come (pun not intended). You are an amazing manip maker and I'm really grateful this blog exists :D

ReplyDeleteAww! Thank you so much! You have no idea how much I appreciate that generous shout out! As I have said before, I do truly appreciate your pictures and all the effort you put into each one. Especially since I don't fake, I try to thank each person who has taken the time to make fucking hot pictures, especially if I requested an image! And though I may not thank you for each picture, or nobody comments on a picture, know that I truly do appreciate each and every fake that you do. Thank you a million times!

DeleteI may request alot of manips with Kurt But I always thank you for the work you do regadless of it not being of kurt (:P) and you are very talented which i have also said so my extended rant from your previous comments page mAy be a bit longwinded and sound bitchy but personally i dont mind the wait since the more populur charaters have to get a gurnsey to the lesser liked ones.I have your 2 manips of Him to get me through, even though I see everyone of your pics i am quite sorry I dont respond but hey lol some of the guys dont toot my hon like Kurt does hehe
